SOUTHAVEN, Miss. — We have learned the names of the first stores to commit to the under construction Tanger Outlets Memphis.
The mall, located in Southaven off I-69 on Church Road, is scheduled to open before the Christmas shopping season.
At least 70 stores will be located in the shopping center, with room to add more.
